Terms of service
The rules for using Horapod, in plain words.
1. Who and what
Primo Postura Services runs Horapod, a time tracker for businesses.
2. Accounts
Each company has one owner. The owner is responsible for telling workers about the tracking and getting their agreement. The app asks every worker to agree before their first clock-in. You must be 18 or older.
3. Plans and prices
- Free: $0 per worker / month.
- Starter: $1 per worker / month.
- Premium: $2.99 per worker / month.
Free has unlimited users. One plan covers the whole company, never mixed. When you upgrade, everyone moves together and you pay the difference for the days left. A yearly plan is 12 months paid up front, with no discount. Workers added mid-year are prorated, and removals take effect at renewal.
4. Billing
You can cancel in one click, and we tell you before every charge. A payment provider is the seller of record and is named at checkout. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund time already paid unless the law requires it. If you move to a lower plan, paid features are hidden, never deleted.
5. Acceptable use
- Use Horapod lawfully.
- Do not track anyone without telling them.
- Do not track anyone off the clock.
- Do not try to break or overload the service.
- Do not resell it.
6. Your data stays yours
Read Privacy, Security and What we track.
7. Availability
We make no uptime promise yet. Horapod is provided as is. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Ending
You can leave any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can.
9. Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of the Philippines. Personal data is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). See Privacy.
10. Changes
We post changes here with the date. Big changes are emailed.
