Delete your Horapod account
You can delete your account in the Horapod phone app, or ask us by email.
In the phone app
Open Profile, tap Delete account, and enter the 6-digit code we email you. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
Email hello@horapod.com and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, email address, name, screenshots, photos, and location. Limited copies may remain for a period in backups or service-provider logs.
What your employer keeps
Your employer keeps the rest of your work records, shown as "Deleted worker".
If you own a company
To delete an owner's account, the company must be closed first. Email hello@horapod.com to close a company. When a company account is closed, all of its work records are deleted.
