Privacy policy
Plain words on what Horapod collects, why, and how to get it deleted. This page speaks to the boss and to the worker.
Who we are
Horapod is run by Primo Postura Services, a business registered in the Philippines, based in Cavite, Philippines. Contact us at [email protected].
Two kinds of people
Account holders are the bosses who sign up. Workers are the people whose employer uses Horapod. For workers, the employer decides what is tracked and is responsible for it. We handle the data for the employer. For account holders and for visitors to this website, Horapod decides.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email, company name, time zone and a team size hint.
- Worker records: what the tracker records is listed on What we track. We also keep the worker's time zone, the computer type (Windows for now) and the tracker version.
- What the boss enters about workers: name and email, city, country, role title, hourly rate, shift times and work days, department, desk and avatar, and the dates they joined or were removed.
- Invites: the email address of anyone invited who has not joined yet.
- This website: sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, a cookie notice comes first.
Why we use it
To run the service the employer pays for, to send sign-in codes and notices, and for billing. We never sell it and never use it for ads.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase: the database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: file storage (R2) for screenshots and photos, and this website (Pages).
- Cloudflare (Workers): the web app.
- An email sender, for sign-in codes and notices. Not chosen yet.
- The payment provider, named at checkout.
- Google, only if someone signs in with Google.
How long we keep it
- Screenshots and clock-in photos are deleted after 90 days.
- For uploads that were never confirmed, the record is removed after one day and the file itself within 90 days.
- Hours are kept while the company account exists.
- Account data is kept until the account is deleted.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export and delete your personal data. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you rights over it. Workers can ask their employer first, since the boss can export screenshots (Premium only) for a data request. Anyone can write to [email protected]. We delete on request within 30 days.
Children
Horapod is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
When this page changes, we update the date at the top. Bigger changes are emailed to account holders.
