Horapod gives you honest hours from your virtual assistant, and gives them a timer they can see.
Horapod is free for unlimited users. Starter is $1 per worker per month. Premium is $2.99 per worker per month. It runs on Windows and Mac, and workers get phone apps on every plan.
How it works with your VA
- You create a company and invite your VA.
- Your VA installs the tracker. It is a small timer in the tray.
- Your VA agrees first. The tracker shows what it records on your plan, and they must agree before they can clock in.
- Your VA clocks in and out themselves. You see their hours, and on paid plans you see them at work in a live office.

Screenshots are taken at random times, only while your VA is clocked in, and deleted after 90 days.
Honest hours, not catching people
When the keyboard and mouse go quiet past your idle limit, the time is marked idle. You pick the limit, from 5 to 60 minutes. On Premium, mouse jigglers and fake typing are flagged for a look. A flag is a reason to ask, not proof of anything. You can switch each Premium feature on or off.

Yes. The Free plan has unlimited users and no time limit. It shows who is clocked in and their hours.
Do I have to tell my VA?
Yes, and the tracker does it for you. It shows what it records, and your VA must agree before they can clock in.
What if my VA uses a personal computer?
The tracker records only while they are clocked in. Nothing is tracked after they clock out.
