How cancelling and refunds work, in plain words.
Who sells Horapod
Horapod is run by Miguel Martin Napiza, a sole proprietor in the Philippines. A payment provider is the seller of record for every paid plan. It is named at checkout, takes the payment and handles any refund.
The Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
Cancelling
Cancel in one click, in your billing settings. Your paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. There are no more charges after that, and you can change your mind before then. When a paid plan ends you move to the Free plan. We tell you before every charge.
Refunds
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund time already paid unless the law requires it.
Moving to a lower plan
If you move to a lower plan, paid features are hidden, never deleted.
How to ask
Email hello@horapod.com from the email on your account and tell us which charge it is about. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account. Where a refund is due, the payment provider sends it.
